I love the Mets and even watched most of their games this week, but this year’s team is not worth the five-hour effort of gathering the info, summarizing the season so far, come up with a grade for each individual, and format it. I still think they can do something and I hope there’ll be a good second half. If that happens, I’ll do an end-of-year grade report. Right now everyone—with a few exceptions, notably Francisco Alvarez—deserves C- to D- for overall play. Enjoy your time off from this team.
